This word mosaic represents when Tyler had "strong feelings" of lust towards Bethany. He has always had these feelings and they play a large role in the book as a conflict. While Bethany is talking to Tyler he can smell the cinnamon scent ascending from her "gorgeous" body. He repeats the words in the mosaic to the right to himself, to remind himself to not touch her in any way, shape, or form. It ref;ects his personality very well since this girl and these urges play a large role in his life and how he acts.
I really like the color since it is about lust and about a girl and her "features", plus since it is shaped as an individual it perfectly represents how it's inside him. He is thinking this to himself, not aloud, and shows how he is keeping it "bottled" up.
